Negotiation plays an important role in all aspects of our lives, both personal and professional. In fact, CEOs and managers of large companies spend an important part of their time negotiating and resolving conflicts. Negotiating to obtain results that are best for the organization and everyone involved in it is a delicate art, and must be handled with tact and strategy.
An expert negotiator follows an established process to achieve predetermined objectives. In this seminar, Óscar Gómez shared the most important tools and techniques to negotiate effectively and helped all attendees understand the complexities and hidden dynamics of negotiation.
Óscar Gómez has been part of the teaching staff of the MBA of the Manchester Business School since 2012, giving lectures, seminars and classes in all the venues of the mentioned business school.
Manchester Business School was founded in 1965 and has become the largest business school in the United Kingdom, since it merged in 2004 with the School of Accounting and Finance at the Victoria University of Manchester, the UMIST School of Management and the Research Program in Science and Technology.
