Degree in Law in 1987 from the University of Oviedo. Since then he has been practicing in all areas of the profession, emphasizing in the exercise of criminal and civil procedure law, as well as advising individuals and companies in family, labor, commercial, administrative and international law. Drafting of all types of contracts, documents, statutes and agreements. Professor at the School of Legal Practice of the Bar Association of Gijón, to which he belongs, exercising annually as tutor of recent graduates in Law for their practical training in the course of the Master of Access to Law. He has also been President of the Hockey Federation of the Principality of Asturias and Director of the Royal Spanish Hockey Federation. He currently serves as the Instructor Judge of the Royal Football Federation of the Principality of Asturias.
