Seminar on Advanced Studies in Public Administration

Between the 14th and the 16th of September 2011, the Seminar on Advanced Studies in Public Administration took place in the Hotel Gran Marquise. The seminar dealt with topics inherent to Brazilian public administration at all levels; legal, economic, social and organizational aspects, with the notable presence of Mr. Cid Marconi, BGI partner and member of Cid Marconi Advocacia, as chairman of the board, with the seminar chaired by minister Ubiratan Aguiar, from the Tribunal de Contas de União (the Brazilian federal accountability office, TCU).

The seminar was directed at the Secretaries of State and Local Councils, Parliamentarians and Heads of Public Bodies in all governmental spheres. Amongst the topics covered, the Control of Administrative and Legal Conduct, Productivity of Public Administration and Government Politics were emphasized.
