XXI Annual General Meeting - Brussels 2018

The XXI International Congress of Balms Group International will take place this year in Brussels, Belgium, with BGI Belgium, Legisquadra, hosting the event.

The meeting will be held from May 2 to May 5, where as usual, BGI members will meet to discuss matters of interest to the network of independent offices to which they belong.

After a morning devoted to dealing with the internal subjects of the network, annual accounts, approval of budget and presentation of new candidates. The rest of the day will be dedicated to panel discussion, workshops and meetings with European Commission directors being the main topics to discuss: European Union banking law, financing and aides for companies and the new rules of new patents, offices and courts.

During the following days they will hold meetings with French and Flemish directors of the Bar Association in the Palace of Justice in Brussels, seat of the Belgian judiciary.

As everything can not be work, attendees will enjoy, along with their companions, cultural and guided visits to the center of Brussels, visiting the Place du Sablon, Grand Place, Horta Facades and where they will meet the main chocolatiers of the city and also a Guided tour of the beautiful city of Bruges.
