CWA Tunisia - CWA Maghreb

Offshoot of the French law firm Chassany Watrelot & Associés (3 offices in France: Paris, Lyon, Marseille), CWA Maghreb is a network of corporate law firms which gathers together several legal entities extending over North Africa: CWA Morocco, CWA Algeria, CWA Tunisia and CWA International.

Present in the major cities of North Africa, these entities bring together corporate advisors and international business lawyers who perfectly master local law and also intervene on a daily basis in all the legal aspects of cross-border operations.

CWA Maghreb represents a consistent grouping of law firms located in the most important countries in Maghreb allowing it to offer a local and international clientele quality legal full-services.

The organization of CWA Maghreb relies on local teams capable, not only of intervening to perform legal services in the country where they are located, but also to widen their intervention to the other North African countries. This transversal organization, under the responsibility of Mohamed Oulkhouir, allows CWA Maghreb to set up quickly and effectively, pluridisciplinary teams able to handle major issues in any country of the Maghreb area.

Mohamed Oulkhouir
Partner

Attorney, registered with the Paris Bar Association since 2003. Mohamed Oulkhouir is a French-qualified "avocat" specializing in litigation and HR-related work. He delivers practical, business-focused solutions, providing clear answers in this increasingly complex area of law. Mohamed advises a significant number of French and international industrial and commercial groups on collective and individual labour relations, collective dismissals, audits and out-sourcing. In particular, he has advised international clients in Morocco and Tunisia on expansion projects. Mohamed also assists with corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience in due diligence, contractual negotiation, acquisitions and restructurings, and commercial contracts. Mohamed is also heading Chassany Watrelot & Associés activities in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia).
